    This model is a combination of Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. The model has been proven to be extremely successful for various issues over decades. Strategic Psychotherapy focuses on the patterns of thoughts you have that aren’t helpful and seeks to replace them with more useful ones that serve you. A key difference between traditional talk therapies and strategic therapy is that strategic therapy pays close attention to and seeks to change behaviours.
